We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to request an exchange, please carefully review the policy below.

π Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
β Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be non-embroidered.
Original Richi tags must be attached.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
π Exchange Process
Select Replacement Item
Contact us and inform us of your preferred replacement item.
Pickup & Delivery
Courier rider will collect the original item and deliver the replacement to your doorstep.
π° Exchange Fee
AED 35 (covers both pickup and delivery).
π One-Time Exchange Only
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Once an exchange has been completed, no further exchanges or returns will be accepted for the same order.
Any additional changes will require placing a new order.
π« Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:
The tag has been removed.
The item has been washed, used, or altered.
The item includes custom embroidery or personalization, including custom prints.
The item is a Maternity Scrub, Y-Neck Style, Polo Scrubs, or Surgical Cap
(These items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.)

All products are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

The item is damaged or defective.
You received an incorrect item.
Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
