Exchange Request Timeline:
Requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:
Must be non-embroidered.
Richi tags must be attached.
Item must be in original, unused condition.
π Exchange Process:
Choose Your Replacement Item:
Contact us with your preferred replacement.Pickup & Delivery:
A rider will collect the original item and deliver the new one to your doorstep.
π° Exchange Fee:
AED 35 (covers both pickup and delivery).
π One-Time Exchange Only:
We offer only one exchange per order.
For any further changes, a new order must be placed.
Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:
The tag is removed.
The item has been washed, altered, or used.
The item includes custom embroidery or personalization (including custom prints).
The item is a Maternity Scrub or Surgical Cap β these are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Returns
β Non-Refundable Policy:
All products purchased from Richi are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
π Immediate Inspection:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
π Contact Us Immediately If:
The item is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
Weβll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

For any exchange request, a clear video showing the item in its original delivered condition is required for review.
