Richi Exchange & Return Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to exchange your item, please review our policy below.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange Requests: Must be initiated within 2 Day’s of delivery.
  • Condition for Exchange: Items must be non-embroidered, with the Richi tags still attached, and in original, unused condition.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Select the New Item: Choose the replacement item first. Contact us
    2. Collection and Delivery: A rider will come to your doorstep to collect the item you wish to exchange and deliver the new one to you.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Exchange Fee: AED 35 for the exchange service, which covers the cost of both the collection of the item and the delivery of the new one.
  • Note: Exchanges will not be accepted if:
    • The tag is removed.
    • The item has been washed, altered, or used in any way.
    • The item has custom embroidery or personalization (including custom prints or embroidery).

Returns:

  • Non-refundable Products: All products purchased from Richi are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact Us: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additional Notes:

  • Clear Video Requirement: In the event of a exchange, a clear video showing the item in its original condition (as it was delivered) will be required for review.
